About Us
Royal Spring Industries
was established in the year 2000 as a sister concern of a well
established company having a valuable experience of 40 years. The
C.E.O. of the company, who was in the independent role of marketing and
manufacturing of springs as an approved supplier of Ministry of
Railway, R.D.S.O.; established Royal Spring Industries. This set up the
complete range of manufacturing infrastructure and testing facilities
as per the railway standard for all types of spring and applied updated
technologies with the best quality assurance, having a target to
substitute the imported items. At present, we are a prominent manufacturer, exporter and importer of a wide range of springs and spring washers like Compression
Spring (Helical Coil Spring), Conical Spring, Torsion Spring, Leaf
Spring, Volute Spring, Disc Spring, Spiral Spring, etc. We, on presentation of our satisfactory production and testing system, have obtained an ISO 9001:2000 certification. Due to constant quality
maintenance, we have always been a reputed name in the international
market, undertaking export orders and importing substitute items.

Presently, we are engaged in manufacturing
of railway under frame/boggy, buffer, coupler, steel plant, passenger
elevator, crane, isolator, vibrator, crusher, screening machinery,
heavy machine building plant and general engineering appliances. We
also have expertise in designing the spring as per technical
requirements of load, matching the end-use permissible space.

Our Quality
At
Royal Spring Industries, products are checked at every stage of
operation as per the norms of ISO 9001:2000, under the supervision of
technically experienced qualified experts to ensure up to the mark quality.
The chemical analysis of raw materials is done by our in-house
laboratory as well as Govt. certified laboratory. All the other testing
parameters like dimensional, load, hardness, and crack detection are
undertaken by our in-house set up machinery and apparatus.
Our Infrastructure
We
are equipped with a well established infrastructural base. The factory
is facilitated with a range of sophisticated machinery and testing
facilities including bar straightening machine, bar peeling machine,
center less grinding machine, pneumatic hammer, bar heating and
tempering furnace with temperature controller and recorder
(calibrated), spring coiling and automatic pitching machine, oil
quenching bath, spring end grinding machine, scrogging machine, shot
penning machine, calibrated load
testing machine (universal testing machine), B.H.N. testing machine
(calibrated), bar magnaflux testing machine for crack detection, spring
magnaflux crack detector machine, chemical lab, etc. In addition, we
are also well equipped with a skilled and strong workforce, enabling us
to be steps ahead of others.
